The Taylor Gold Label 517e SB is a soulful electro-acoustic that blends old-school charm with modern Taylor innovation. Finished in a golden-brown sunburst and fitted with a striking firestripe pickguard, this guitar oozes vintage character from every angle. The torrefied Sitka spruce top and solid tropical mahogany back and sides deliver a warm, earthy voice with rich midrange and a played-in sweetness that feels instantly familiar.

This model features a deeper Grand Pacific body, giving it more low-end power and projection than standard dreadnoughts. Inside, fanned V-Class bracing enhances sustain and intonation, while the long-tenon Action Control Neck joint improves resonance and allows for precise, shimless neck angle adjustments - a game-changer for setup flexibility.

Appointments include a West African Crelicam ebony fretboard, Honduran rosewood Curve Wing bridge, cream binding, and Crest inlays on the fretboard and headstock. The script-style Taylor logo and modified headstock shape add a boutique touch.
