The PRS S2 McCarty 594 is a USA-built electric guitar designed for players who want premium tone, reliability, and versatility. Its mahogany body with maple top delivers a warm and resonant tonal character, while the 24.594" scale length and Pattern Vintage neck profile provide a comfortable and sturdy feel that suits a wide range of playing styles. The 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with a 10" radius offers smooth playability and effortless string bending, making it ideal for both studio recording and live performance.
Equipped with Maryland-made PRS 58/15 LT pickups, the S2 McCarty 594 delivers exceptional tonal range. These "low turn" humbuckers produce a vintage-inspired voice with rich clarity and dynamic response, and the push/pull tone controls allow players to split the coils for authentic single-coil sounds. Dual volume and tone controls give players independent control over each pickup, enabling a wide palette of tones suitable for everything from blues and rock to jazz and pop.
