This PRS Custom 24-08 in Black Goldburst Pattern Thin features a carved maple top, a mahogany back, and a mahogany neck with a Pattern Thin profile, paired with a rosewood fingerboard. It offers a 25" scale length and 24 frets, equipped with TCI pickups and EQ Mini-Toggle Switchesthe latest update to this guitar, providing EQ adjustments for enhanced tonal control.
The Custom 24-08 delivers a dynamic range of tones with its TCI (Tuned Capacitance and Inductance) pickups, designed for a full, musical sound reminiscent of single-coil and soapbar tones, enhanced by two EQ Mini-Toggle Switches for EQ adjustments across eight pickup configurations. Controlled by a 3-way blade switch, it provides flexibility across humbucking and single-coil sounds. If you set a nice crunch tone on an amp with the guitar volume control on 10, when you hit one of the EQ switches and roll the volume back to 5 on the guitar, you get the most amazing clean sounds, which highlights the versatility of the instrument, you dont need a lot to get a varied tone. Epic Driven and clean tones, without having to step on anything! The PRS Gen III tremolo ensures smooth vibrato, while Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons offer tuning stability.
