This series proudly features the continued presence of the Idris, Serus, Solus, and Voltur models, along with the exciting addition of the Miris model to enrich the lineup. Today, we take great pleasure in introducing the Miris J model, a superb example of Novo's exciting Nucleus range.

The Novo Miris J, distressed to a light finish, immediately captivates with its aesthetic charm. It is constructed from high-quality Swamp Ash, ensuring a resonant and lively tonal character. The addition of a tummy contour on the back and a back round over edge enhances both comfort and playability, making it a joy to wield on stage or in the studio.

The neck of the Miris J is fashioned from tempered maple, offering durability and a stable foundation for the instrument. The Medium 'C' neck carve ensures a comfortable grip, facilitating seamless navigation across the fretboard. Speaking of which, the Miris J boasts a rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5"-14" compound radius, providing a perfect blend of vintage feel and modern playability.

At the heart of the Miris J's sonic identity are the Fralin P-90 pickups, meticulously selected to deliver the ultimate vintage P90 tone. Renowned for their versatility, clarity, and snarly midrange, these pickups promise to inspire players across various musical genres. With clear lows, thick mids, and percussive highs, the Fralin P-90 ensures that the Miris J produces a spectrum of tones, adapting effortlessly to diverse playing styles. They are designed, built, and assembled in Virginia using 100% USA-made parts. 

The Novo Miris J is equipped with a Mastery bridge and vibrato, bearing the Novo branding. Trusted by touring musicians and luthiers globally, this hardware ensures stability, precise intonation, and reliable performance under the most demanding conditions.

For optimal string performance, the Miris J is fitted with Stringjoy 10-48 strings, striking a balance between playability and tone. The nut width of 1.65" further contributes to the guitar's overall comfort, accommodating a variety of playing styles.

Previously available only as a custom-made model, the Miris J is the only semi-hollow model in the Nucleus range. The guitar incorporates a redesigned sound hole, departing from the traditional S-hole design, and features a new pickguard and control plate style.
