The Neural DSP Quad Cortex Mini delivers the full power of the Quad Cortex in a much smaller, travel-friendly format. It offers the same processing power, audio quality and Neural Capture technology you’d expect, but in a housing that’s around 50% smaller than the standard Quad Cortex, which makes it ideal for dropping straight onto any pedalboard or using as part of a compact desktop studio setup.
At the heart of the Quad Cortex Mini is the beautiful 7” touchscreen display, which is where you’ll find the “Tone Grid”. This grid is the visual workspace at the heart of the Quad Cortex Mini, making it easy to build, understand and modify signal chains without menu diving or hidden layers. Create rigs by placing virtual device blocks across a clear, grid-based signal flow, then freely rearrange blocks, split signals into parallel paths and route any part of your chain to different outputs with confidence and precision. When a block is selected, the rotary footswitches automatically map to the most relevant parameters, which make tweaking your tone super easy to do, there’s no need to get lost in menus.
Within the Quad Cortex Mini you have access straight away to 90+ amp models spanning classic, modern, and contemporary designs, 100+ effects and utilities for building signal chains, and 1000+ high quality IRs with flexible mic placements. All of these are ready to go straight out the box, so you can start playing and creating right away
The Nano Cortex features 4 user friendly switching modes, allowing you to use this product in multiple ways.
Preset mode for switching between complete rigs
Scene mode for seamless changes within a single Preset
Stomp mode for pedalboard-style control
Hybrid mode for combining modes across footswitch rows
It also includes “Gig View”, which is a high-contrast layout with large text and clear visuals.
