With a strong and punchy Okoume body paired up with a thick Flame Maple top, this Sabre is massive in tone! It's beautifully finished with a high gloss lacquer which both looks and feels great. Its well weighted and extremely well balanced, as every Music Man guitar should be.
A Figured Roasted Maple neck and fingerboard delivers the perfect playing platform, it looks truly stunning and thanks to the comfortable slim "C" Profile, 10" Radius, and of course 22 High Profile frets you can easily navigate you way around the neck, perfect for both intricate fast lead playing or first position chords.
Featuring the Sabre HT (Heat Treated) bridge pickup - a true standout amongst conventional pickups. Experience a remarkable upgrade in output, dynamic range, and touch sensitivity. This exceptional pickup not only delivers ultra-high output but also boasts a robust low-end response, all while maintaining a uniquely clean, clear tone even at lower volume levels - all thanks to the heat treated pole pieces. Enhancing the Sabre HT's performance further is the custom-wound neck humbucker, featuring a large ceramic magnet perfectly designed to complement the bridge pickup's characteristics.
Activate the Sabre HT's preamp boost effortlessly with a push-push volume knob, conveniently factory set at 12db. For those seeking even greater power for heavy rhythm parts or high-octane soloing, an easy-to-access trim pot within the control cavity allows adjustment up to 20db at your discretion. Rest assured that regardless of your volume control setting, the transparent buffered output ensures your signal remains free from high-frequency loss, preserving a bright and robust tone that shines through with brilliance.
