Originally founded back in 1971, Mesa Boogie quickly established themselves as a real force to be reckoned with in the tube amp game. Under the careful guidance of legendary amp builder Randall Smith, Mesa Boogie would go on to drastically alter the world of music and quickly became the original "boutique" amplifier brand. When players like Carlos Santana, James Hetfield, John Petrucci and Dave Grohl choose your amps, you know you must be doing something right!
The Triple Rectifier is one of the most legendary and influential valve amplifiers of all time. Alongside its little brother, the Dual Rectifier, it truly altered the course of guitar history. Together, they delivered a new voice with a scooped midrange, an ominous low end, and a ripping, harmonic-laden top end, all woven into a mighty wall of tube gain. That iconic sound inspired countless guitarists at the time and ultimately led to the creation of some of rock and metals most influential records. We're thrilled to welcome the legendary Mesa Boogie 90s Triple Rectifier to the Mesa Boogie amp lineup.
