The JHS Kodiak is a versatile analog tremolo pedal that blends vintage amp-style modulation with modern control. Inspired by classic Vox and Blackface tremolo circuits, the Kodiak delivers rich, rhythmic pulses with four selectable waveforms and full tap-tempo functionality.
Its five intuitive controls - Volume, Speed, Mix, Ratio, and Wave - let you shape everything from subtle shimmer to deep, choppy pulses. The Wave knob offers four distinct shapes: Sine, Rhythmic, Square, and Ramp. Use the Ratio control to lock tremolo speed to musical subdivisions like quarter notes, eighths, triplets, or sixteenths.
The Mix knob lets you dial in the depth of the effect, or turn it down completely to use the pedal as a clean boost via the Volume control. An external Tap/Expression jack allows remote control of tremolo speed, with a side switch to select between tap or expression modes.
Built for tone purists and creative players alike, the Kodiak is a powerful modulation tool in a compact, pedalboard-friendly format.
