After several hugely successful versions of his signature guitar, Music Man have delivered the absolute pinnacle of the JP, the BFR model. Ball Family Reserve models are the deliciously spec'd designs that maybe don't fit with style of production models, think of it as the private stock of Music Man.
This BFR features an African Mahogany body with a Spalted Maple top, it looks a million dollars. The figured Roasted Maple neck benefits from a 17" radius, 25.5" scale length and 24 medium jumbo frets, it's a super easy player. Perfectly comfortable at both ends of the neck, the BFR JP15 is a real dream to play.
Loaded with USA made DiMarzio Illuminator humbuckers, the very same as on Johns own guitar, this beaut can dial in all those lush tones that a player as versatile as him requires. The bridge pickup doubles as a custom Piezo pickup for when you want to play "Pull me Under"!
Available in very limited numbers worldwide, this guitar is the perfect fusion of Music Man's heritage and John Petrucci's pioneering approach to playing.
