The Atkin D28 Retrospective is a stunning take on the most popular steel string acoustic guitar of all time, the Martin D28. Handcrafted in Kent, the Retrospective D28 is Alister Atkins vision of the classic pre-war dreadnaught.

With a Sitka Spruce top on a pristine Indian Rosewood back and sides it's a full bodied powerhouse with great dynamics and super response. The Mahogany neck features an Ebony fingerboard and a 25.4" scale length, perfectly comfortable with either intricate picking or brash strumming; the Retrospective D28 offers superb projection and a rich full tone.

Atkin Dreadnoughts have been used by some top players and it is easy to see why, the build quality is just incredible. A worthy tribute to a pre-war classic.
