Guild USA M-25E Concert | Electro - California Burst

Guild's USA guitars are stunning instruments in both appearance and tone. They are made in Southern California using original moulds and equipment from Guild's early days and stand amongst some of the finest acoustics in the world.

Guild's M-20 model may be their most famous, first made in 1967.  This guitar is a development of the M-20, featuring different aesthetic appointments such as a glossed nitrocellulose finish and full body binding.  The M-25E is a gorgeous small, concert-sized body, ideal for fingerpicking or strumming where mellowness is required over power and volume. Guild's USA range always sound and look fantastic and it's clear to see why they are now iconic guitars in their own right.  The California Burst on this model is really pretty and could be considered an upgrade for players who love the sound of the M-20 but find the look a little too plain.

The nut width on this guitar is 44.5mm and the neck is a C-shape, offering a very comfortable feel for most players - not too big and not too small. The saddle and nut are made of bone which allow excellent energy transference between the strings and the wood and the guitar comes complete with a deluxe humidified wooden hard case. The pickup is made in California by L.R. Baggs and is the Element undersaddle model.  It is designed to work with the soundboard's movement rather than the string-attack, helping create a natural sound rather than the harshness of some acoustic guitar pickups.
