Fresh off our latest batch of custom spec Gibsons is this stunning 1959 Les Paul Standard Chambered in Factory Burst. With a handpicked AAA figured Maple top, this beauty really stands out from the crowd. Paired up with a chambered Mahogany body, not only is it considerably lighter but it also has a more open and airy tone that you might expect from an ES semi-hollow.
The Mahogany neck boasts a Carmelita Fine Carve profile that is slightly thinner than the standard 59 profile, allowing for extra manoeuvrability when traversing the 12" radius Indian Rosewood fretboard. With classic Trapezoid inlays and cream body top and neck binding, it offers authentic Gibson Les Paul vibes.
Kluson tuners and an ABR-1 bridge with light weight tailpiece hold up the tuning and intonation through heavy playing sessions whilst the pair of Custombucker pickups unlock those sort-after iconic PAF tones. With Gibson's extensive research, these are some of the most accurate PAF clones on the market and can handle anything from jazz to rock with ease.
