Dave Friedman and Grover Jackson are both world renowned for craftsmanship of the very highest order, so it comes as no surprise that the Grover Jackson designed Friedman Cali is a guitar that just screams quality. Each piece of wood is hand selected by the meticulous eye of Grover Jackson himself, there are no compromises here, just legendary craftsmanship.
The Friedman Cali takes you straight back to the '80s, a full-on power spec'd super strat. The gorgeous Aged Black finished Alder body looks great and offers a vintage inspired flavour. Loaded with a Friedman Classic + Humbucker in the bridge and a Classic Humbucker for the neck it offers great versatility, balancing a clear top end and great string definition with a real aggressive midrange that sounds great when pushed hard. The Pau Ferro fingerboard is great and offers a great platform.
