A common occurrence in modern high gain amps is their neglect of the clean channel but the Fender Super-Sonic looks to amend that. This 22 watt combo utilises Fender's extensive history of making iconic clean amps to bring a truly versatile valve amp. With 6V6 power amp valves, 12AX7 and 12AT7 preamp tubes, real long-spring reverb, and an Eminence-designed "Lightning Bolt" speaker, this amp is capable of handling whatever you throw at it.
The Vintage channel keeps things simple with just volume, treble, and bass dials and a "Fat" voicing switch but it never fails to deliver those unmistakable Fender tones with touch-sensitive dynamics. The Burn channel brings the heat, covering anything from blues to metal with thanks to the duel gain controls that allow you to just distortion independently from sustain and harmonics. The 3-band EQ lets you further adjust your sound and the volume control lets you perfectly match the level of both channels.
Channel select, voice switching, reverb, and the effects loop are all controlled by the included footswitch and with the combo format it really makes it a neat gigging companion that can hold its own wherever you take it.
