The "Brown Panel" amps from the early '60s were cherished among certain players as an excellent meeting point between the unadulterated sound of the '50s tweed Fender amps and the glassy sweet cleans of the mid-60s "Black Panel" amps, to form their own unique voice.
To achieve this sought after sound, the 1962 Deluxe utilises 20 watts of 6V6 output valve power through a Celestion 12" speaker. Warm, woody cleans all the way to killer overdrives make it an extremely hard amp to overlook. Perfect for use at home or in the studio for recording and more than capable of handling smaller gigs.
All this with the unmistakable sound of the lush tube-bias tremolo - get nice 'n' twangy or strike some big chords to drown yourself in authentic modulation bliss.
Other key features include the '60s brown Nubtex cabinet covering with wheat grille cloth, as well as a brown leather handle. 2 x 6V6 output tubes, 12AX7 preamp valves and one GZ34 rectifier valve.
Includes single button footswitch and fitted brown amp cover.
