At Peach Guitars, we're always on the hunt for guitars that capture the magic of the classics while giving today's players the specs they really want. That's why we teamed up with Fender and ordered something truly special: the Peach Guitars Exclusive American Vintage II '61 Stratocaster in Fiesta Red.

This is not your standard American Vintage II. It's a UK-exclusive limited run available only at Peach Guitars, and it takes the already brilliant AVII '61 Strat platform and pushes it into dream-guitar territory with a raft of custom upgrades that give you Fender Custom Shop vibes for around half the price.

What Makes This Exclusive Model So Special?

• Alder body in Fiesta Red - a timeless vintage-correct colour that just screams early-'60s Fender cool.
• AAA Flame Maple neck - not standard on the regular AVII, this is a premium upgrade that gives you a stunning look and feel straight out of the case.
• Slab Rosewood fingerboard - dark, smooth, and authentic, just like the originals.
• 9.5" radius & Medium Jumbo frets - a modern playability upgrade that makes bending, vibrato, and overall comfort vastly superior to the stock 7.25" radius and Vintage Tall frets.
• Custom Shop Fat '60s pickups - the ultimate Strat set, with period-correct cloth wire and fibre bobbin, delivering sweet, articulate 1960s tones with extra punch, warmth, and sparkle. This is a serious step up from the Pure Vintage '61 pickups.
• Satin Nitro neck finish with gloss headstock face - silky smooth to play with vintage looks intact; again, this makes the neck feel completely different to the Gloss Nitro of the stock model.
• One tone control for middle/neck and one for bridge - far more practical and versatile wiring than the vintage spec.

Why We Love It:

We wanted this guitar to be as close as possible to the real-deal early-'60s Strat, but with the playability and versatility modern players demand. In fact, when we put one of these next to John's genuine 1962 Strat, the likeness was uncanny - the Fiesta Red finish, the mint guard, the neck tint - it all looked bang on, just like a brand-new version of the real thing.
