Masterbuilt Fenders are truly the cream of the crop and the Levi Perry '52 Tele is no exception. Unusually, this tele features an Okoume body in a Trans Walnut finish with white top binding - it's a unique piece that definitely stands out from the the crowd. The Large "C" Maple neck feels a treat to play, measuring .875" at the 1st fret and .950" at the 12th, and with a classic 9.5" radius it's a joy to play.
A standout feature of this guitar has got to be the pickups. Hand wound by the highly acclaimed Josefina Campos, Fender's Master Pickup Winder who trained under Abigail Ybarra, the 51 Nocaster and Original Blackguard single coils offer a versatile growling bridge position paired with the sweet and twangy neck position. It sound's a treat!
