Fender Custom Shop '59 Strat NOS Faded Sonic Blue *Used*

Here at Peach Guitars, we're obsessed with vintage Fender guitars from the 1950s and 1960s. Those guitars have a real magic to them and were responsible for some of the most iconic and influential music ever recorded. The Fender Custom Shop team work tirelessly to recreate the magic of these original instruments for today's players, and they really do an incredible job!

This 1959 spec Stratocaster is an ultra premium model heavily inspired by what many consider to be the Golden Era of Fender! It features a period correct Alder body finished in Faded Sonic Blue - a classic colour and one of Fender's most popular for decades! The NOS finish gives the appearance of a New Old Stock guitar, one that has been perfectly preserved since 1959, and doesn't feature any kind of ageing or relic work. The vintage-style hardware is Chrome, for an authentic vibe and feel.

A Maple neck features a 60s Style Oval C neck shape, which is super comfortable and one of the most popular options amongst players. It measures .790 at the 1st fret, and .930 at the 12th fret. The Rosewood fingerboard features 22 Sanko 6105 frets, micarta white dot inlays, a compound 7.25" to 9.5" radius, and a 1.650" nut width. The compound radius helps ensure a true vintage feel and the open-chord end of the fingerboard but increases a smooth playability when it comes to lead lines at the high end.

With a trio of Hand Wound '60 Strat pickups it absolutely nails that iconic 60s Strat tone. They sound great and are the perfect choice for a vintage inspired guitar like this.

This is one seriously cool guitar, a classy and eye-catching piece. It is pre-owned and though it has been kept in great condition overall, it does show some signs of use such as a few small dings and like surface scratches. These are only cosmetic and do not effect the structural stability or playability of the guitar.
