The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever produced and the Fender Custom Shop '59 Stratocaster is a fitting addition to this legendary line.
A traditional Alder body is finished in a majestic Faded Aged Chocolate over 2-Tone Sunburst Heavy Relic finish. Authentically aged, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. It also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively compared with other finishes.
The rift sawn Maple neck has a smooth finish and a Maple fingerboard. With a 9.5" radius and 21 frets, the '59 Custom Shop Stratocaster also features a '63 Strat C neck shape. It's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
The defining feature is the hand wound Fat 50’s singlecoil pickups, offering a distinct tonal flavour, these pickups are versatile and deliver killer vintage tone.
