The Fender American Professional II Jazz Bass is a modern powerhouse. Carrying all the traditional traits of a Jazz Bass, the American Pro II brings a few new features to the table. Designed to provide the playability, tonal versatility and performance that our most demanding customers need to be successful.
The Alder body is typically comfortable, as all Jazz Bass's are, finished in the brilliant Olympic White colour option, it looks real slick. The Maple neck and fingerboard feature a slim "C" profile, designed for speed and comfort; This bass is super easy to navigate, allowing for great access to the upper register. 20 frets, a 9.5" radius and 34" scale length make this Jazz Bass feel familiar and supremely comfortable. The Professional II range brings a new contoured neck heel , soft rolled fingerboard edges and a super natural finish for improved feel and comfort
The defining feature comes in the form of the Newly voiced V-Mod II pickups, super dynamic and offering a multi-dimensional tone, these pups are voiced individually for each position, mixing alnico magnet types to produce powerful, balanced tones with original Fender secret sauce.
