Discover the vintage charm of this Collings, handcrafted at Collings' Austin, Texas workshop. Part of the Standard Series, this small-bodied guitar features a 14-fret neck joint and a 24 7/8" scale length for shimmery highs, a focused midrange, a tight and clean low end, and maximum headroom with a quick response. The solid Sitka Spruce top, paired with solid Honduran Mahogany back and sides, is finished in a thin high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, enhancing its resonant, "broken-in" feel, while maintaining the pure elegance of a pristinely finished high-end instrument.
The Mahogany neck, carved to a Modified V profile, is paired with an Ebony fingerboard featuring a 14" to 26" compound radius and this one has been spec'd with a 1 3/4" bone nut, providing a comfortable, vintage-inspired playing experience. The Ebony bridge ensures excellent tone transfer and sustain, complemented by nickel Waverly tuners for precise tuning stability. Professionally set up by our expert luthiers at Peach Guitars, it's ready to play straight out of its original hardshell case.
Perfect for players seeking a compact acoustic with a warm, vintage voice, this Collings 01 delivers the renowned quality and tone that Collings is celebrated for in a smaller-bodied package. Ideal for players looking for a guitar with a punchy tone with less focus on big low-end. Whether you're fingerpicking in the studio, performing at a small venue, or adding a premium 0 size guitar to your collection, its rich sound and unbeatable quality make it a standout choice.
Finished in a tasteful and timeless Sunburst, this guitar is pure class.
