The Blackstar Artisan 15 Head is a handwired, Class A valve amplifier that delivers rich, harmonically complex tones with stunning clarity and touch sensitivity. Built with a focus on sonic purity and vintage character, it features two independent channels: one based on an EF86 pentode for bold, dynamic tones, and the other on an ECC83 triode for smoother, more traditional British voicing.

The EL84 power section is switchable between 5W single-ended triode mode and 15W push-pull pentode mode, giving you the flexibility to move from saturated studio tones to stage-ready punch. Whether you're after Vox-style chime, boutique crunch or edge-of-breakup warmth, the Artisan 15 delivers with elegance and authority.

Every component is chosen for tone - from the point-to-point tag board construction to the welded steel chassis and finger-jointed birch-ply cabinet. Finished in vintage red tolex with etched aluminium panels, it looks every bit as classy as it sounds.
