This T Icon Contoured is a head-turning instrument with a fantastic feel. The Alder body, known for its balanced tone, is finished in a brilliant, high-gloss Big Sparkle Gold, giving it a commanding stage presence. The body's contours ensure superb playing comfort.
The neck is Caramel Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard and features the vintage-inspired 60's Vibe neck back shape, characterised by a smooth taper that fattens up as you move into the upper registers. The slimmer 1 5/8-inch nut width and Heavy Stainless Steel frets give it a fast, familiar vintage feel, enhanced by the unparalleled smoothness of the stainless steel.
The electronics are true T-style excellence: an SC1 single-coil in the neck delivers full, noise-free clarity, and a powerful TF2 in the bridge provides noiseless T-style twang and bite, but with increased output and fullness. Anchoring the tone is the Traditional 3 Saddle - compensated bridge, which maintains the classic look and string-through feel while ensuring modern, accurate intonation, which is further perfected by the Buzz Feiten Tuning System.
