Built for sustain and high-gain focus, this Pro Am Shorty features a Mahogany body for rich, focused midrange, finished in an elegant, non-glare Satin Egyptian Gold. The 24 3/4-inch Shorty scale length contributes to a slightly looser feel and a fatter overall tone.
The neck, crafted from dark Chocolate Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, features the deepest Anderson profile: the Even-Taper +.050. This substantial neck shape maximises hand contact for increased sustain and a powerful feel. The combination of the 12-to-14 inch conical radius and the durable Jumbo Stainless Steel frets creates an exceptionally quick and effortless playing surface, regardless of the neck's thickness.
The tone comes from the powerful HC1 and HC3 humbuckers. The HC Series offers maximum output with noise-free clarity. For rock-solid stability, it features a Fixed Bridge in black hardware, which further enhances string vibration and sustain.
