The Li'l Angel is Anderson's shorter scale length version of the Angel, measuring at 24.75" rather than the traditional 25.5" - this provides a lower string tension, meaning easier fretting and a generally warmer, fatter tone.
Besides this, the Li'l Angel carries all the hallmarks that make the traditional Angel so special. A super premium Flame Maple Top on top of a Basswood body combines together with a Caramel Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. Incredible tone woods that create not only a visually stunning but structurally stable and reliable instrument. This one features a Natural Red Burst finish on top with a White back, which really stands out and creates a striking contrast of colours, especially with the addition of white pickup covers.
Loaded with HC1 and HC3 pickups, you have tonnes of tonal options here (including coil-splitting), it has a really warm vintage tone. With locking tuners and a vintage trem, you get incredible tuning stability and intonation.
Thanks to a Satin Natural Even-Taper neck, with a 1 11/16" nut width, 12"-14" compound radius, this guitar couldn't be easier to play. Supremely comfortable in the hand, with a super smooth feel and easy bending and vibrato thanks to Stainless Steel Jumbo frets.
All pristinely finished in high-gloss, this is yet another example of why Tom Anderson are among the very best in the business.
