The Sunset Blvd series pays tribute to the iconic Hollywood Guitar Center store that artists have used for many years as their central hub. These were originally exclusive to the Guitar Center but now thankfully available in Europe!
Built for versatility, playing comfort and rich sound, the 214ce Sunset Blvd DLX Shaded Edgeburst adds an enticing visual element in its striking top finish. This Grand Auditorium features a solid top of Sitka Spruce paired with back and sides of Indian Rosewood as well as Taylor's own V-Class bracing, producing a clear, balanced sound that adapts beautifully across genres and playing styles.
Taylor's standard carve Neo-Tropical Mahogany neck makes for an exceptionally comfortable playing experience, adding to this model's all-purpose appeal. This is matched beautifully with West African Crelicam Ebony fingerboard and bridge for a truly premium appeal.
Visually, this model captures attention with its Shaded Edgeburst top colour, complemented by aesthetic details like faux-pearl 50th Anniversary Diamond fretboard inlays, gold tuning machines and a tortoiseshell pickguard.
It includes built-in ES2 electronics for faithful amplified tone whenever you need to plug in, capturing more of the guitar's dynamic properties using a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design.
