With an Adirondack Spruce top and stunning Indian Rosewood back and sides finished in Kona Edgeburst, the Taylor Next Generation Builder's Edition 814ce is equally at home fingerpicking or strumming big, brash chords. With the classic Taylor Ebony fingerboard, it offers a smooth and comfortable playing surface that is perfect for beginners and professionals alike. This beauty has the most gorgeous Mother of Pearl Element inlay for a really distinctive aesthetic.
The Scalloped V-Class Bracing with Relief Rout is Taylor's next addition - combining the warm low-end and rich resonance of scalloped bracing with the balanced tone, pitch accuracy, and projection that comes with V-Class bracing.

The final enhancement comes in the form of the all-new Claria System Acoustic Electronics. Building on Taylor's ES electronics, the Claria has taken on the extensive feedback from touring artists and sound engineers to consistently deliver stage-ready tones - no matter the venue. The proprietary preamp shapes the under saddle pickup to be less harsh, with soundhole controls to further tweak volume, tone, and the Mid-Contour.
