To address this, American companies launched Sigma Guitars in 1970. These acoustic guitars, built by skilled workers in efficient Japanese factories, were inspected in the US before reaching the market. Sigma Guitars quickly established a reputation for their exceptional quality in construction and sound, attracting a dedicated fan base and collectors. Second-hand models are rarely available as owners are reluctant to part with them.
The Sigma 1 Series DM12-1 is a standout 12-string acoustic guitar, designed to deliver high-quality performance and durability.
