The Reverend Kingbolt Air 390 in Metallic Limeade blends modern craftsmanship with timeless semi-hollow character. A slab of mahogany is routed for a full length centre block and capped with a solid spruce top, creating a compact, resonant design that delivers warm cleans, responsive overdrive and controllable feedback. The mahogany provides midrange punch and sustain, while the spruce adds shimmer, harmonics and a lively acoustic quality.
Triple Steelhead P90 pickups offer Reverend's hum cancelling, high output evolution of the classic P90 voice. They deliver tight lows, articulate mids and expressive highs, with the push pull Studio Switch unlocking seven pickup combinations including neck and bridge together and all three pickups at once. This makes the Kingbolt Air 390 one of the most versatile semi hollow designs in the Reverend lineup.
A roasted maple neck adds stability and a rich caramel colour, paired with a 12 inch radius fingerboard for smooth, modern playability. The Wilkinson WVS50IIK tremolo provides exceptional tuning stability with locking saddles, adjustable arm tension and a push in arm that stays secure even under heavy use. Reverend's Bass Contour control further expands the tonal palette, allowing you to tighten the low end, revoice the pickups or coax single coil like clarity from the P90s.
