The PRS SE Ed Sheeran Hollowbody I Baritone is one of the most exciting collaborations to hit the guitar market. Built in collaboration with Ed Sheeran, this model is designed to deliver electric and acoustic guitar tones in both a live environment, and in the studio. It’s an extremely versatile instrument and would be a really useful tool for any guitarist.
This guitar features a PRS Hollowbody design crafted from Mahogany back & sides with a Maple top. It features a Shallow Violin top carve, which gives the body a real premium look and feel. The body also features a solid centre block design, which really helps with clarity, alongside enhanced string tension, which is super helpful due to the heavy gauge strings.
The Maple neck features a PRS Wide Fat neck profile, which is super comfortable and easy to play. It features a 27.7” baritone scale length, which gives you access to a much lower register. Playing through a baritone instrument is a super inspiring experience which always increases your creativity as a player. The Rosewood fingerboard features a 10” radius, 22 frets, and PRS Bird inlays.
There is much more to this guitar than you think, it features a pair of PRS 85/15 S pickups, alongside an LR Baggs Piezo system, which give you access to an extremely wide range of acoustic and electric tones. Players can isolate or blend the piezo pickup with the electric pickups, which allows for some really unique tones with loads of clarity and chime.
Other key features of this guitar include a PRS adjustable stoptail bridge, PRS designed tuners, an Ed Sheeran truss rod cover, and a high quality PRS SE gigbag.
