The PRS SE DGT Laurel Burl Limited Edition is a collaboration between PRS Guitars and acclaimed Texas guitarist David Grissom. This special 2025 run is limited to just 1,000 pieces, making it a highly exclusive instrument. The laurel burl veneer on the mahogany body gives each guitar a distinctive appearance, while the 25" scale length, and 22 frets provide a professional playing experience suitable for a wide range of musical styles. The DGT shape Mahogany neck, 1 21/32" nut width, and 10" radius rosewood fretboard are carefully chosen for comfort, smooth playability, and accurate intonation.
Equipped with PRS DGT "S" pickups, this guitar offers tonal versatility for studio or stage. These pickups are custom-voiced to balance vintage character with modern flexibility, handling everything from warm, clean tones to rich, mid-gain sounds. The control layout enhances this flexibility: individual volume controls for each pickup allow fine tonal adjustments, while the push/pull tone pot enables coil-splitting for single-coil textures.
