This circuit is famously associated with Dimebag Darrell, whose signature swirling, metallic modulation came from the original MXR rack. The pedal features two distinct voices. The flanger mode produces metallic resonance and dramatic movement, while the doubler mode adds a slightly offset second track layer for chorusing textures or tight slapback delay. Manual, Width and Speed controls shape the sweep, while the Regen knob uses feedback to take the modulation from smooth colouration to aggressive resonance. The Mix knob blends dry and wet signals from fully dry to fully wet.

Two LEDs display instantaneous delay time, reacting to Speed, Width and Manual settings for quick visual feedback on stage.
