Over the past few years, Sleep Token have grown from a small band with a cult following into one of the biggest and most impactful bands around, headlining arenas and festivals all over the globe. Their music effortlessly blends modern metal with catchy pop elements that keep you hooked, with a huge part of their sound coming from the band's sole guitarist, IV. His powerful riffs and lush ambient textures have become a huge part of the band's signature sound. IV has been playing Jackson guitars for many years and has always had a close relationship with the brand. We're thrilled to present the Jackson Signature Sleep Token IV Monarkh SC.

The IV Signature Monarkh body shape is extremely comfortable and easy to play. With a traditional tonewood pairing of mahogany and quilted maple, this Monarkh not only looks great, but also delivers a super resonant and punchy tone. As this is a baritone guitar, it's important that it cuts through and can be heard clearly in complex musical arrangements. This tonewood pairing is an essential part of IV's tone, so it's great to see it utilised on this production model. The transparent black burst stain looks great too, giving the guitar a really classy and understated finish.

The three-piece caramelized maple neck is extremely stable and really comfortable to play. This neck has undergone Jackson's roasting process, which removes any remaining moisture from the wood. This premium process helps increase the stability of the neck and its resistance to changes in humidity and temperature, meaning you'll need to make fewer truss rod adjustments. When you do need to make an adjustment, it's easy to do with the wheel control located just below the 22nd fret at the bottom of the fingerboard. One of the coolest features of this guitar is the pale moon ebony fingerboard. It looks amazing, and it's great to see such a premium tonewood being used here. Pale moon ebony is known for its unique streaks and patterns, making every piece unique. The fingerboard features a 12"-16" compound radius, pearloid teardrop inlays, 22 jumbo stainless steel frets, Luminlay side dots, a 42.86mm nut width, and a 30" baritone scale length. The longer scale length gives you access to much lower tunings, which is an essential part of Sleep Token's sound. From the factory, this guitar ships tuned a full octave down from E standard.

This guitar is fitted with a pair of Fishman Fluence Open Core Classic humbuckers, which are the exact same set IV uses in all of his live guitars. This pickup set is extremely versatile and allows IV to deliver everything from crushing high-gain riffs to crystal-clear ambient textures. The controls are incredibly simple, with a standard 3-way pickup switch and a single volume control with a push/pull function to change the pickup voicing.

A huge part of what makes this guitar special is the inclusion of an EverTune F6 bridge with custom tension saddles. The EverTune bridge is one of the biggest technological leaps we've seen in guitar bridges in recent years. It's designed to keep your guitar incredibly stable and in tune, even during heavy playing, string bends, and changes in temperature or humidity. Each string has its own spring-loaded saddle, which constantly balances the tension of the string and compensates for changes that would normally cause the pitch to shift. The result is exceptional tuning stability and consistent intonation, while still allowing you to set the bridge up for natural bends and vibrato. This guitar also features a set of Jackson sealed die-cast locking tuners and ships in a high-quality Jackson gig bag.
