The Ibanez XPT420DX is a modern metal machine built around the aggressive, angular Xiphos body shape. Designed for speed, precision and high-gain clarity, it combines neck-through construction, a fast Wizard III profile and rock-solid hardware to deliver a guitar that feels as sharp as it looks.

The body uses okoume wings attached to a 5-piece maple/walnut neck-through core, giving the guitar exceptional sustain and stability. Finished in Rose Gold Chameleon, the XPT420DX shifts colour under stage lights, making it a standout instrument visually as well as sonically.

The Wizard III neck is slim, flat and built for speed, with a rosewood fretboard and reversed sharktooth inlays that complete the X-series aesthetic. 24 jumbo frets give you plenty of room for wide bends, fast legato and expressive lead work.

Electronics come courtesy of a pair of Quantum ceramic humbuckers, voiced for tight low end, fast tracking and strong midrange punch. They excel under high gain, keeping palm-muted riffs articulate and lead lines cutting through the mix.

The Edge-Zero II tremolo provides smooth action and excellent tuning stability, especially when paired with the locking nut. Whether you're divebombing, fluttering or adding subtle vibrato, the system stays stable and responsive.

Cosmo Black hardware completes the look, giving the XPT420DX a sleek, modern edge.
