This used Gibson Custom Les Paul Custom Figured in Golden Poppyburst Gloss is a stunning 2023 Custom Shop build with a handpicked top, full cherry back and all the premium appointments that define the modern LPC. The Golden Poppyburst finish is beautifully executed, with gorgeous colours, strong flame and a rich gloss that shows off the carved maple top.
The mahogany neck features the Custom Shop long neck tenon for maximum stability and sustain, paired with an ebony fingerboard for great looks and a smooth response. Mother of pearl custom block inlays complete the classic Custom aesthetic. The 24.75 inch scale length, Corian nut and immaculate fretwork give the guitar the familiar Les Paul feel with exceptional refinement.
A matched set of Custombucker Unpotted pickups with gold covers delivers vintage‑inspired clarity, bloom and dynamic response. They offer open, expressive tone with excellent harmonic content, making this LPC equally suited to clean articulation and driven rock tones. Black speed knobs add a purposeful, modern touch.
The binding shows some colour bleed, which is common on high‑gloss cherry‑back Customs and purely cosmetic. Gold hardware, Grover kidney tuners and the Custom Shop back plate complete the build. A plain black back plate is included in the case if preferred. The pickguard is also in the case, with no holes drilled, exactly as intended for this model.
This example is in excellent used condition and looks gorgeous in person. As with all second‑hand guitars from Peach, it will be fully checked, inspected and set up by our techs before dispatch, so you get a great instrument with none of the usual second‑hand risk. Buy this now - it's beautiful!
