At the heart of the KX507MS is its multi-scale design, ranging from 25.5" to 27". This configuration ensures consistent string tension and improved intonation across all seven strings, particularly benefiting extended-range and down-tuned playing styles. The KX507MS is equipped with a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers, offering cutting-edge sound and total sonic flexibility. These active pickups are free from traditional hum and noise, delivering a clear, powerful tone with multi-voice capability. Players can switch between two distinct voicings via the push/pull Volume control, while the push/pull Tone control toggles between full humbucker and crisp single-coil modes, making it easy to adapt to different genres and playing styles on the fly.
Each string has its own individual hardtail bridge unit, improving string separation, sustain, and intonation accuracy.
