Also by flicking the toggle switch to "moment" mode, you can use the XS-1 as and when you need it, perfect for situations when you only need an effect temporarily, just simply press your foot down on the pedal to channel your awesome sound, and to stop it just simply take your foot off. 

The XS-1 also has lightning-fast polyphonic pitching with totally glitch-free performance, which provides some awesome harmonised synth-like effects. Another cool feature the XS-1 offers is by using the detune feature on the toggle switch and dialling the shift knob to +/- 20 cents provides deep, rich doubling chorus-like effects.
