Another stunning guitar from the fine folks at Godin.
This guitar is from the Montreal range of instruments but it's roots can be of course traced back to the wildy popular "Fifth Avenue" series of guitars.
Insanely good value for money for a North American Guitar. If this was coming out of Memphis, you would be looking at least double the cost.
Perfect Blues/Jazz guitar with effotless playability and a smooth, rich tone.
Here's what Godin have to say about the Montreal Premiere Supreme:
"The Godin Montreal Premiere is a thinline, semi-hollow body electric and is destined to become instant favorite within your guitar collection. This Signature series model is a vibrant & versatile electric guitar for rock, blues and jazz players alike! It features an innovative and unique "breathe-through" carved spruce core, inside its Canadian wild cherry top, back & sides. This gives the body of the Montreal Premiere an astounding resonance unlike any other guitar in its class.
The Montreal Premiere Supreme features beautifully figured flame maple atop its wild cherry top, back & sides along with a bound headstock and fingerboard with large celluloid dot inlays. Powered by custom Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups and kept precisely in tune via the Graphtech Ratio tuned machine heads."
