A really cool looking bass and one that stands out amongst Schecter's vast catalogue. It has lots of style with the dark rosewood fingerboard, Gloss Back finish offset against the Creme binding. There will be no problem with tuning, thanks to Grover Vintage Bass 142 Series machine heads. Grover certainly have the experience and know-how to keep an instrument in tune. So that you can tear it up like dUg, the neck is a comfortable, thin-C. The neck has 22 extra-jumbo frets for a modern feel.
The sound of the bass will suit any genre, thanks to the expertise of Seymour Duncan's APB-1 - a modern take on the active P bass pickup. It boasts a wide tonal range with a sharper attack and more punch, yet without the brittleness that is typical of some active pickups. Harder rock players love the aggressive feel of this pickup. If you are a fingerstyle player, you'll appreciate the response as well. It has a modern look with a no-poles cover and is handmade in Santa Barbara.
