Description

Fender Custom Shop 1960 Relic Strat Olympic White, really nice custom shop strat with a great spec at a very reasonable price.

Based around a 1960 model, with a 9.5" Radius fingerboard and Medium Jumbo (6105 size)

The pickups fitted are handwound 69 models in the neck and middle and a Texas Special in the bridge.

The guitar plays beautifully, the action is pretty low without any chocking or buzzing, thanks to the flatter board and bigger frets.

Tonally, the guitar is a great all rounder, all the classic, SRV, Knopfler, Jimi and Clapton tones are available from the neck, mix and middle positions, the bridge unit has a little more kick when you need extra bite on screaming solos

The ageing on this guitar is perfect, it really does have the right amount of wear that you would expect from this particular 'vintage'
