The Lollartron set uses the iconic '60s Gretsch tone as a bench mark, Lollar were determined to capture that iconic rockabilly humbucker tone made famous by incredible players like Chet Atkins. The neck pickup is warm and buttery with a crystal clear top end, in contrast the bridge pickup is fat and twangy with a rich low end and outstanding clarity. When combined you get the sparkle, spank and synonymous tone you expect from a set like this.
