Founded back in 2009 by long time PRS designer Joe Knaggs, Knaggs Guitars experienced team of world class luthiers craft guitars of the very highest standard.
The Choptank is a flawlessly designed Solid body that delivers massively on tone and playability. With a rich and resonant Alder body finished in a lovely Aged Ivory. This guitar has a classic vintage look to it but with a lovely modern twist.
The Maple neck features an East Indian Rosewood fingerboard with classic dot inlays. With a 25.5" scale length, 22 frets and an 8.5" radius, this Choptank is supremely comfortable and allows for a premium playing experience. With Gotoh tuners and a Chesapeake Hardtail bridge you can expect flawless tuning stability.
A guitar this special needs a pickup pairing that is up to the challenge. Loaded with a pair of Fralin Tele pickups. This set delivers all the vintage spank and bite that a good single coil should, they are beautifully dynamic and incredibly versatile.
