Additionally, his contributions extend across multiple genres, including his time with Butch Walker's band and as the lead guitarist for the Academy Is... and collaborations with artists such as Pete Yorn, Pistol Youth, and Good Charlotte.
Gretsch is proud to honour Chislett with his signature model, which draws inspiration from the beloved early-'90s Gretsch White Falcon he acquired as a teenager and has since played on stages around the world. The G613T-MGC combines elements of the original Falcon with select enhancements to create an instrument that exemplifies Chislett's style and versatility.
Built with a fully hollow body design, this guitar features a resonant solid Sitka spruce top with bound F-holes, vintage 1959-style trestle bracing, and laminated maple back and sides. This combination produces the classic big-body sound with exceptional projection and a rich, balanced tone that captures every nuance of your playing.
The semi-gloss maple neck showcases a comfortable and versatile standard "U"-shaped profile, ensuring effortless playability. Topped with a 12"-radius ebony fingerboard adorned with pearloid Big Block inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets, this guitar allows for smooth chord progressions, wide-reaching bends, and intricate single-note playing.
