Dale Wilson is known across the globe as one of Fenders highly revered Masterbuilders, a select group of the worlds most esteemed luthiers. With this Godly status, any guitar with his name attached generates a huge amount of interest, and rightly so.

The Fender Custom Shop Dale Wilson Masterbuilt '60 Telecaster Custom is a great example of the legendary prowess of the Masterbuilders.

The Alder body is finished in a really authentically aged Chocolate 3-Tone Sunburst. This finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further, it also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively. The wear patterns are incredible, so genuine and authentic, Dale Wilson is considered the King of relic work at the Custom Shop and its definitely on display here!

The rift sawn Maple neck is real comfortable. With a AAA Rosewood fingerboard, '65 Strat C profile, 9.5" radius and 6105 frets its super resonant and feels incredible underhand.

With the Telecaster design being considered by many to be the original workhorse guitar, the Custom Shop '60 Telecaster Custom needs a pickup pairing that can deliver the classic Tele' twang. With a hand-wound Twisted Tele at the neck and a H/W 67 Tele at the bridge, it boasts a versatile and well balanced selection.
