PRS SE Mark Holcomb Signature - Holcomb Burst
Posted by John Priest

Mark Holcomb has built up a name for himself with his band Periphery in the metal scene thanks to his scorching complex riffs and fat beefy tone. It is loaded with Seymour Duncan Alpha and Omega pickups which make it ideal for any metalheads out there looking for a great sounding, great playing and affordable guitar.

It is something a little different from PRS and they have really pulled off a great addition to their SE range here. 24 frets ona a 25.5" scale length with a wide thin satin maple neck. It also features a 20" radius ebony fretboard - all of these combine together to make an insanely playable shred machine!

The guitar also comes with an awesome quilted maple vaneer top complimented with black chrome hardware and a push/pull tone knob for coil splitting!

It ships in Drop C tuning ready for some serious riffage!

John is one of the company directors and has been involved with Peach since 1998, so the things that he doesn't know about the products we sell, aren't worth knowing, sometimes he knows too much, quite sad really.

John handles a lot of our top end sales. On regular trips to the USA, when attending the NAMM show, or seeing his friends at Suhr, PRS, Gibson Custom and Taylor guitars to name but a few, he'll often hand pick beautiful figured woods for our own special run guitars.
