Sometimes we take a guitar in on a part exchange deal that just stops us all in our tracks, this super pretty Suhr Modern Carve did just that! Suhr make some of the finest guitars around and this stunner plays like an absolute dream.
With a 2-piece Swamp Ash body, this Modern Carve features a Quilt Maple top finished in the uber cool Faded Trans Whale Burst. With hand and tummy contours and scraped binding, it’s comfortable, well balanced and primed for action.
The 5A Roasted Birdseye Maple neck boasts a lush Pau Ferro fingerboard, a 10”-14” radius, 24 stainless steel Jumbo frets and a modern elliptical profile. Equally at home at either ends of the board, you can rip out some slick solos or churn out monster riffs with equal ease.
With a DSV neck humbucker and a DSH at the bridge you get incredible tone with unreal clarity. Equipped with Hipshot locking tuners and a Gotoh Floyd tremolo you get great tuning stability and intonation.
This 2012 model is used but in great condition and comes complete with case.
