Superb Fender Custom Shop '57 Strat from a small run of guitars specced out by the UK product specialist.
This is one seriously big sounding guitar. It's loaded with a hand wound set of "Ancho Poblano" pickups, which actually retail for over £500 alone. These are some of our favourite Strat pickups out there and will give you that monster SRV tone, without using 13's!
This one has an ash body with a a one piece maple neck. It has a 9.5" radius and Medium Jumbo frets. The shape is the 57 style soft "V" profile, which measures .850" at the 1st fret and .990" at the 12th.
You can feel the "V" in the neck shape from the 1st to 5th frets but it flattens out into more of a C shape as you go further up the neck.
This is a great sounding and playing guitar. Nice weight too!
