The Fender Stratocaster is probably the most iconic guitar ever produced and the Fender Custom Shop '60 Stratocaster relic in Olympic White is a fitting addition to this legendary line.
Traditional '60s spec Alder body is finished in a cracking Olympic White Relic finish. Authentically aged, this finish will wear beautifully with time and develop its own character even further. The thin finish also allows the natural resonance of the body to sing and sustain much more effectively.
The Maple neck has a smooth finish and Rosewood fingerboard. With a 10" radius and medium jumbo frets, the '60 Custom Shop Stratocaster can handle anything you throw at it without even breaking a sweat. It's supremely comfortable and well balanced.
With a trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat '60s pickups it delivers all the sweeping, versatile tones you would expect from a Strat. Rich and smooth, it's a premium Stratocaster tone with Mayer-esque chimes on the treble side but still retaining super clarity when you crank up the gain.
Supplied with a Fender Custom Shop hard case and certificate of authenticity, this is a real sweet example of Custom Shop quality.
