Another stunning example of the highly popular Gibson Custom Memphis ES-335 1963 Block Reissue. This time in the most popular finish - Sixties Cherry. I'm sure a certain Mr Clapton has something to do with this. That version of "Crossroads" was definitely one of Eric's finest hours and he of course, used an original 60's block inlay 335.
Featuring block inlays in a lovely dark rosewood fingerboard that sits nicely on a solid mahogany neck, with the body boasting a 3 ply maple/poplar/maple configuration. This guitar is an absolute stunner in every aspect, it stays true to its vintage design and classic tone out of the MHS humbucker pick-ups and it plays fantastically well.
